Only the values you or your AI assistant send in a tool call (damage type, size, location on the glass, number of damage points, inner-layer and spreading flags, days since the damage, driver-assist camera flag, vehicle class, job type, glass type, glass features, chip count, crack length, calibration method, mobile-service flag, city cost tier, vehicle age, US state code, comprehensive coverage answer, deductible, full-glass answer, estimated cost, lease or finance flag, number of past glass claims, model year, driver-assist features, quote details you type in: shop names, prices, glass type, calibration, warranty, mobile, drive-away time, certification, insurance billing and wait days, maximum wait, message recipient, your first name, vehicle year, make and model, date of the damage, availability window, extra questions and an optional phone number) and technical logs (timestamps, tool names, status and error codes). We never ask for a street address, GPS location, VIN, license plate or policy number. No accounts, no profiles, no cookies, no tracking.
To compute the result you asked for, enforce rate limits, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising or model training.
Computed per request, nothing stored: tool inputs and results are processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for no more than 30 days, then deleted.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Tool inputs and results pass through the AI assistant you use to call this service (for example Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT or Meta Muse), which handles them under its own privacy policy. Our hosting and logging provider (Cloudflare) processes requests on our behalf under contract. We do not send anything to glass shops, insurers, dealers or lead networks. We disclose data only if required by law.
You choose what to send; names and phone numbers are optional. Request access, correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question privately at support@magicteams.ai. We respond within 30 days.
This service is not directed to children under 13.
